They took the time to understand my needs and offered a wide variety of beautiful, high-quality options that fit my budget. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices were all reasonable. I directly worked with Alex and he was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend them.

Rakhima is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. She provided an excellent customer service, always welcoming and easy to work with. They have a great variety of styles, and we found the perfect cabinets for our kitchen remodel. The quality is top- notch.The delivery was on time. We bought our Kitchen cabinets from Alex and his store - Cabinet City in Elk Grove Village IL. Alex was a very good and professional business person who gave us his personal attention and actually the best deal as we looked at other stores. He is a delight to work with and very reliable and keeps his word. Honesty and quality of their products is top notch. I will recommend everyone to see Alex first as you look for the best deal on cabinets before you decide - it is surely worth your time and effort.

We purchased our cabinets in May of 2024 with a kitchen start date of September. They were very accommodating in holding our cabinets, once they were ready, until we needed them. We chose J&K Cabinets, and they turned out amazing. We did light colored cabinets with a darker island. Alex really worked to give us the best design with the floor plan that we had. We also got an excellent price. I don't think we could have found a better place and cabinets then with what we picked out. It was the brand of cabinets that brought us in to see them. They were perfect. Cabinets were on time, no issues, and the delivery was great. Alex was wonderful to work with and really made our design come to life with the 2 colors we picked. He actually showed us the island color we ended up going with. It was a great choice, and they looked perfect together. Alex told us that he would be with us from start to finish, and he did exactly that. He answered all questions, and was speaking with us until everything was completed. Would highly recommend going with them!

Wish I could give him 10 stars! I don’t typically write reviews but Alex has been amazing to work with for a complicated install! His excellent problem-solving skills and fantastic customer service made the whole process smooth, despite numerous issues. He also helped us find another installer who gave us better pricing due to Alex’s relationship with him. Clearly, he’s not just great to his clients but also his peers! We can’t wait to do more rooms so we can work with Alex again 🙂
